Permit Set (1)

- Cover sheet, site plan, floor plan, roof plan,
- Elevations and electrical plan,
- Title 24 energy report,
- Includes one site visit,
- Submitted by client,
- One round of city corrections included,
- No structural details included.

Permit Set (2)

starts at $3500

- Everything in Permit Set (1),
- Includes structural drawings and standard details (without engineer stamp),
- One site visit included,
- Submitted by client,
- One round of city corrections included.

Permit Set (3)

starts at $4500

- Full permit package with engineer-reviewed structural drawings,
- Engineer stamp (PE/SE) included,
- One site visit included,
- Submitted by client,
- One round of city corrections included.

Submittal with our office’s assistance: starts at $400 (Includes plan upload, coordination, and communication with the city’s permit portal.)
Additional corrections: charged hourly if beyond the first round.
